Hi,
When I tried to log in to Rosie (Docking-3), it requires logging in to my Github account, however, it always come up with the following message (please see the attached picture). In fact, my GitHub account (email address) has been verified already, but it still comes up with the same error message. How can I deal with issue? Is this because of the missing institutional domain? I'm from Mcgill University, could you add my institutional domain: mcgill.ca?
It would be highly appreciated if you reply to me earlier.
Thanks
Hi there,
I submitted the Rosetta RNP_DDG job (№102473) las Thursday. My input was a cleaned .pdb of the protein and the RNA chain and I assume that the RNP_DDG would relax the structure and perform RNP_DDG afterwards. However, the job was terminated with an error message "Starting structure was not relaxed!".
The University of Buenos Aires, Argentina domain is .uba.ar.
Can you add .uba.ar to list of domains please?
Hello,
I submitted an antibody task to the ROSIE server (job ID 101598) and it failed with the following error:
I submitted multiple supercharging jobs. The job is finished but I haven't received the results through email.
What could be the problem?
How can we solve it?
Hello,
Is ROSIE generally available to install and run locally? The original publications provides steps for setting up a test VM to develop protocols, but this does not seem like a production capable system.
I am not a Rosetta user but have been asked to see if we can run ROSIE on a local cluster.
Thanks,
Jim
