We do not provide development snapshots or SVN access to those outside of the developer community because many of our developers have code they do not want released until after its associated publication is in print. There has been some discussion recently of changing that policy; it's on the agenda for the next developers' meeting.
Unofficially, if you're collaborating closely with a Rosetta lab, then you can probably get it on loan from them. I'm not our lawyer so I'm not sure what the rules are...
