Hi,
I found that is dfire in rosetta3.4. I am curious that if I want to use this energy, what option should I use when run the rosetta design? Thank you!

How do you know it's in 3.4? I'm not aware of it, and the fact that there are files with that name doesn't necessarily mean it's working or ready for public use.

Generally speaking, one activates alternate scoring methods by setting their scorefunction weights to a nonzero number. The simplest way to add a term for fixbb is to copy the default score12 scorefunction (database/scoring/weights/), add the terms you want, and then pass the new weights file to -score:weights.

Hi,
It is in rosetta_source/src/core/scoring/methods/dfire/
I am not sure how to use it...

The scorefunction term name is DFIRE. Add that to a weights file and maybe it will work.

I have made the person who added dfire to Rosetta aware of this thread, but he is no longer a Rosetta developer, so who knows if he has time or interest in discussing whether it works or not.
