Hello,
I need to use mpi_refinement application (I have the most recent version of Rosetta), so I write
./scons.py -j8 bin/mpi_refinement.linuxgccrelease mode=release extras=mpi (from main/source), but the error occurs:
scons: done reading SConscript files.
scons: Building targets ...
scons: *** Do not know how to make File target `bin/mpi_refinement.linuxgccrelease' (/home/nikolaev_d/rosetta_bin_linux_2015.39.58186_bundle/main/source/bin/mpi_refinement.linuxgccrelease). Stop.
scons: building terminated because of errors.
What should I do to fix it?

It doesn't look like the mpi_refinement application has been publically released yet. (So it's not in the most recent version of Rosetta downloadable from rosettacommons.org)
I would talk with either Hahnbeom Park (see http://www.bakerlab.org/members/ for email) or Frank DiMaio (http://faculty.washington.edu/dimaio/) to see if they're willing to give you access to the pre-release version.
