You can analyze the pdb with the make_symmdef_file.pl script. The script will generate a pdb with all subunits in the system (*_symm.pdb). If you allow subunits to be generated at sufficiently large distances from the expanding subunit you should be able to get the whole thing (look at the -r flag).
