I would like to try and build PyRosetta from source to get it working on our shared cluster. With 1.1 it was readily available, but how do I obtain it for 2.0?
PyRosetta sources code is included in latest release of Rosetta. So you will need to obtain Rosetta source code though academic or commercial licence (see http://depts.washington.edu/uwc4c/express-licenses/assets/rosetta+pyrose... for details). Then for building instruction see src/python/bindings/building.txt.
