Does any one know when the RosettaRemodel protocol will be released? It's mentioned in this Aug 2011 paper: http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0024109

At the end of the paper it's written "RosettaRemodel is part of the Rosetta molecular modeling suite, available through http://www.rosettacommons.org/. A multi-threaded structure accumulator is being developed for RoesttaRemodel to facilitate runtime efficiency and potentially incorporate mechanisms for multi-state designs." I suppose this means it will be included with the next release (done every 6 months, no?).

The rule for the RosettaCON2010 collection that we discussed was that it was supposed to release with 3.3, or include all the code you needed in the supplemental, if it was in the collection. (I'm not sure, but I don't think it made the cutoff; it appears to still be in the don't-release-yet section of the developer trunk.) I've asked Possu for details.

Possu says: "no... unfortunately. it shall go into the next one though."
