The NeighborhoodResidueSelector selects residues in a given proximity of set focus residues.

The NeighborhoodResidueSelector selects residues in a given proximity of set focus residues. Clears the Passed ResidueSubset.

Gerard Daniel (gerar.nosp@m.dda@.nosp@m.uw.ed.nosp@m.u) added support for using custom atom names for distance measure as an alternative to using neighbor atom. This should be especially useful when selecting around a ligand.
