Detailed Description

PoissonBoltzmann potential class implementation.

Compute electrostatic.

Options:

vector1<Integer> pb_potential::charged_chain The chain numbers (>=1) of which charge is non-zero. The electrostatic will be computed for the atoms in these chains.
