Modelling of multi-component symmetrical structures
#1

Hello!

I am going to model multi-component symmetrical structures using Rosetta. The idea comes from the previous work in 2014 by N. P. King et al., where they developed a new application called TCdock to model multi-component symmetric protein cages (doi:10.1038/nature13404). In a recennt paper published on eLife, they used TCdock program again to design antigen-tailored nanoparticles (Ueda et al. eLife 2020;9:e57659). However, I failed to find this application in Rosetta. Was this program removed from currect version of Rosetta or changed to other names? Can any other applications be used to model multi-component symmetric protein assemblies (e.g., polyhedral, helical and lattices), like SymmDock?

Thanks in advance for help!
