I have logged in Rosetta Commons.
But it seems that I have to log in at another website,
west.rosettacommon.org
so what is the username and password?
I have used the same information here but it failed.

What are you attempting to do? The use of `west.rosettacommons.org` that I'm aware of is for the Conda install of PyRosetta.
The username/password you should be using for the Conda install is the username/password that you were provided with when you obtained a license for PyRosetta from https://www.rosettacommons.org/software/license-and-download (This is not a public username/password. It's provided to you due to registering for a license, and should not be shared.)
