can't access rosetta commercial license download via given URL from CoMotion

Hi there, I'm having some issues accessing https://www.rosettacommons.org/software/commercial via the credentials I was given from CoMotion and after asking for their assistance in this matter I was referred to the forums, can anyone here point me in the right direction?

What happens when you click through to https://www.rosettacommons.org/software/commercial ?  Is it giving you an error directly (in which case what is the error you see), or are you able to see a username/password box? If the latter, what happens if you enter the username and password credentials you got from CoMotion?

Are the issues only happening on a single machine, or do things change if you use a different machine or browser?

A final note is that I believe there's a slight delay between getting issued the commercial username and password and having those specific credentials be recognized on the server. (That should be less than 24 hours, though.)

When I click I on the commerical download link I get locked in a loop of having the same request for the credentials repeated via the aforementioned box. I tried it with different browsers including edge,firefox and chrome and they all give back the same situation. I've also tried switching between 3 machines (1 off site). So far I've been waiting over 2 weeks so I'm pretty sure that something is off. Finally, when I break with Esc the credential loop I get this error from apache:

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

I've heard back from another commercial licensee that their username and password is working fine. There may have been a hiccup in getting your username/password combo listed in the authorized set. I've emailed the website admins for them to double check the system to see what may be going on.

Posted just a bit too soon. The Sysadmin checked the authorization file, and it looks like the account for EmendoBio is listed in the authorization file. (We can't tell if the password is the same one one you're trying to use, though.)

It does looks like that account was able to access the rosetta_bin_mac_3.13_bundle.tgz file on [14/Feb/2023:11:23:43 -0800]. Did you or someone else at your company manage to get it to work? Or are you still having problems?

I've downloaded it successfully, the situation is somewhat complicated and has to do with another user that I have (I can explain, I'd just rather do it in a private message)
