building parallel Rosetta 2.3 on a 64-bit machine
#1

Any suggestions on how to build a parallel version of Rosetta on a 64-bit machine? I tried the default "make mpilam", but this failed since 32-bit MPI libraries couldn't be found.

I've now built 32-bit versions of the MPICH and MPICH2 libraries, and Rosetta 2.3 will build successfully, but when I run it, I get either a segmentation fault or a message that glibc() detected an invalid pointer on a free() call.

Any suggestions on how to build a working Rosetta 2.3 on a 64-bit Linux platform are appreciated.
