wondering about the performances of rosetta for large scale runs on a redhat 64bit amd.
As far as I understood, it seems that 32bit is more tested than 64bit built binaries, so should be preferred (safer). Am I right ?
What about compilers. Is icc faster than gcc ? Any reason to prefer gcc over icc or the opposite ?
