Hi,
I am new to Rosetta. I would like to try the RosettaDNA example under RosettaExample/RosettaDNA/TestDNATread/. But I still don't know how to prepare the input file such as 1aay.pdb in the directory which complex has both protein and DNA chains.
Could someone please let me know or give me some directions about preparing such files?
