activation of filters in rosetta3.0 or later
#1

Hey:

While carrying out the full atom refinement, there was a strategy in Rosetta version prior to 3.0 which helped to terminate refinements if the models did not reach a certain energy by a certain stage.

Could someone tell how that kind of strategy so called "filter" can be activated in Rosetta3.0 or later?

There is a flag "abinitio::use_filters" to activate the filters. The filters themselves seem to be RGFilter, COFilter, and SheetFilter. I don't know any more than that, but -help for the executable might have more. You can see the filters themselves at protocols/filters if you want to try to change their default values.
