Wheng I run antibody test example, it appear:
-1 at ~/rosetta/antibody/scripts/ram_blastscript.pl line 10;;
512 at /wtsdir/rosetta/antibody/scripts/ram_buildloop_wrapper4.pl line 12.

How to get around it?
