I am unable to login to ROSIE with my GitHub account. I have provided my institutional email ID. I study at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, India. The institutional domain address is 'https://www.tifr.res.in/'. My email address domain is '@tifr.res.in'. Please help me out. Thank you!

I am a student at IPSI (Institució Pedagògica Sant Isidor) in Barcelona and I am currently looking forward to use Rosettadock. However, my email is not recognised as an academic one. m6A modification on FARFAR2

Hi everyone,

I been trying to work with FARFAR2 and I found documentation Fasta File (rosettacommons.org), which talks about possibilities of modified nucleotides on our RNA model; however, I could not find anything about m6A modification. I feel like there must be something for m6A given that it is most prevalent modification on RNA.

ROSIE Queue not loading

I've been trying to access my ROSIE queue, but it is stuck in the "loading queue data..." screen. I can access the "apps" and the "home" page just fine.

I used ROSIE a few months ago, and didn't had this problem. Now I'm trying to have access to a work I submitted to ROSIE but unfortunately this problem occurred.

Any help would be appreciated!
