Hello,

I would like to try the multistage_rosetta_scripts protocols. Unfortunately when I build rosetta the multistage_rosetta_scripts.XXX.release doesn't build.

I am a commercial user. Is this feature available for commercial users. I even downloaded the newest weekly release, 42.

Thanks

Dear Rosetta people,

I have been installed rosetta3.9 on our local cluster. To do that, I have used the following command to compile the Rosetta and enable mpi ability after I copy the $ROSETTA_PATH/main/source/tools/build/site.settings.topsail file to the $ROSETTA_PATH/main/source/tools/build/site.settings:

./scons.py mode=release extras=mpi bin -j 20

free up space after building rosetta

Category:
Compilation

Hi eveyone,

I built Rosetta on a linux machine and it takes up 24G of space. However, I'd like to remove extra parts (like demos or pilot apps) or in any other way, reduce this space.

Is there any solution for this? Is it possible to keep the shared libraries and .so files and remove all the codes?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Hamed
